Mission

In addition to caring for the general population, athletes and the elderly, the mission of Restore Physical Therapy, LLC is to provide the highest quality of therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We do this in order to maximize functional independence for those who are the most vulnerable.

Individuals will always be treated with dignity and respect holding a valued and reliable positive role in their community, while being motivated and supported to make informed choices in personal development and will be inspired to realize their full potential so they can successfully meet the challenges of life and develop their positive self-perception. We are committed as a company to ongoing direct support, professional skill development, and true integration of therapeutic interventions throughout each individual’s lifespan and evolving needs.

The vision of Restore Physical Therapy, LLC is to assist all individuals, including those with disabilities to function as independently as possible and to reach their fullest potential for participation in their community.

Values.

The values of Restore Physical Therapy, LLC are to provide one on one, community based, therapy services to athletes, elderly and DD Waiver individuals. We strive to engage in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings; to make specific recommendations for the therapeutic support and services. This is based on the therapy assessment for the IDT to consider. Then we adopt these recommendations as part of the individual service plan (ISP). Once this step is complete, we strive to regularly report individual progress to the IDT; to help integrate and recommend activities, therapeutic interventions, and strategies into the ISP; and to provide IDT and caregiver support and training.
